In TypeShift, structured content isn’t just used to display profiles—it powers the entire app. From matchmaking logic and weighted filtering to real-time match state and AI-generated profiles, every interaction is driven by queryable content in Sanity. This project demonstrates how content can act as infrastructure, enabling dynamic features without a traditional backend and turning profiles, interests, and matches into first-class participants in the system.
Attending Vercel Ship 2025 redefined how I think about the web. What started as a bug that got me a free ticket turned into a journey through community, AI-first development, and my first open source contribution to the AI-SDK.
